Does Mr CleanOven use dangerous chemicals?
No, only non-caustic and non toxic products are used in your home, all products are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. You won’t be left with any odours or fumes.
How long does it take Mr CleanOven to clean my oven?
It takes between 1-2 hours for a single oven and up to 2 -3 hours for a double oven.
Can I use the oven afterwards?
Yes, as soon as we are finished you can use your oven.
Is Mr CleanOven fully insured?
Yes, we have full public indemnity insurance cover.
Does Mr CleanOven carry spares?
Yes, we do carry spare bulbs and extractor filters, and can also order in and fit replacement door seals, door hinges, light bulb lens covers, control knobs and buttons.
Will Mr CleanOven clean between the glass doors?
Yes. We can clean inside and outside of the door and if it is not a sealed unit we will clean between the glass panels as well.
Is Mr CleanOven able to clean stainless steel?
Yes we clean stainless steel with cleaners specially formulated for a
perfect finish.
Will Mr CleanOven cover the floor?
Yes, we will put down our own dust sheets to ensure there is no mess.
How often should I get my oven cleaned?
It depends how often it is used and what is cooked in it, we recommend
every 6 - 12 months.
Does Mr CleanOven have any tips for keeping my oven clean?
After using your oven, wipe all spillages using soapy water and a wet
cloth.
Does Mr CleanOven recommend the use of shop bought cleaners?
No, These types of products tend to have caustic ingredients, which mean you have to take great care when using them. Always follow the instructions carefully. If used incorrectly, they may damage paint work and leave strong smells or even fumes.
Does Mr CleanOven charge according to how dirty the oven is?
No, we have standard prices which cover all of the different sizes and styles of ovens.
